NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15th, 2013, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 19, 2013, both entered in Case No. 12-CA-002325 DIV N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET- BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FF6 is Plaintiff and HAITHAM M. YOUSEF; FADWA YOUSEF; RIVER FOREST RESERVE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
