NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-012626 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and EDWARD J BEZDEK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
ALL OF LOT 22 AND LOT 23, LESS THAT PART OF LOT 23, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 23, RUN SOUTH 22 DEGREES WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 23 FOR A DISTANCE OF 86.57 FEET TO THE SOUTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 23, THENCE RUN NORTH 15 DEGREES 9 MINUTES , EAST FOR A DISTANCE OF 86.9 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 23, SAID POINT BEING 10.00 FEET NORTHWESTERLY FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 23, THENCE RUN IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 23 FOR A DISTANCE OF 10.00 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 23, WHICH IS THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL IN THE WESTLAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF CLOSED STREET SHOWN AS LAKE CIRCLE ON PLAT OF WESTLAKE SUBDIVISION ABUTTING SUBJECT PROPERTY.
