Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 13, 2013, and entered into Civil Court Action 13-1478-CI-11 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GEORGE A. SCRIBANO, is the Plaintiff and SCHLAGER & ASSOCIATES, INC. a Florida Corporation, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on October 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
Lots 19, Less the East 19 feet, and the East 23 feet of Lot 20, Block 13, COOLIDGE PARK, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 6, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
