Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 17, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 18, LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 18, RUN SOUTHEASTERLY 18.2 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 18; THENCE SOUTH 68°04'49” WEST 150.20 FEET TO THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 18.8 FEET ALONG SAID WESTERLY BOUNDARY TO NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT TO P.O.B., AND THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION OF LOT 17: FROM THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 17, RUN SOUTHEASTERLY 27.3 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 17; THENCE SOUTH 68°11'13” WEST 157.14 FEET THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 28.2 FEET ALONG SAID WESTERLY BOUNDARY TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT TO P.O.B., IN BLOCK 90, NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5847 MAGNOLIA ST N, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33703; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 1, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
