NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure (“Final Judgment”) dated September 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-005287-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 31st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Description of Real Property:
PARCEL 1:
Lot 4, PINELLAS GROVES, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, South of Ulmerton Road, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS that part thereof lying within 72 feet of the survey line of State Road 688, Section 15120, PLUS one- half of the vacated road on West.
PARCEL 3:
That part of Lots 15 and 16, lying Westerly of State Road 688, and being in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, as shown by the plat of PINELLAS GROVES, INC. recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County. Florida; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 36 seconds East, along the East boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 8, 567.82 feet, to the Westerly right-of-way line of State Road No. 688; thence South 17 degrees 36 minutes 44 seconds West, along the said Westerly right-of-way line of State Road No. 688, 250.68 feet, for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue South 17 degrees 36 minutes 44 seconds West, along said Westerly right-of-way line 100.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 04 seconds West, 261.28 feet; thence North 17 degrees 36 minutes 44 seconds East, parallel to said Westerly right-of-way line of State Road No. 688, 100.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 17 minutes 04 seconds East, 261.28 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, having 100 feet fronting on State Road No. 688.
PARCEL 4:
Lot 4 and the Westerly 21 feet of Lot 25, Block 9, INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, page 12, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an easement over and across the Southerly 10 feet of Lot 3 and the Southerly 10 feet of the Westerly 21 feet of Lot 26, Block 9, INDIAN ROCKS BEACH SUBDIVISION, as aforesaid.
And
Lots 5 and 6, Block 9, INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 12, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
And
Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24, Block 9, INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 12, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
And
Lots 7 and 8, Block 9, INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 12, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Lots 9, 10, 11 and 20, Block 9, INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 12, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
AND
Description of Personal Property:
All assets, personal property and/or goods of Debtor now owned or hereafter acquired, including all assets, personal property and/or goods of Debtor now owned or hereafter acquired which are or are to become fixtures on the real property described above.
