NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2013 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on November 12, 2013, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
UNIT TYPE BL3, BUILDING NUMBER 89, UNIT NUMBER 111B-1000, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14827, PAGE 729, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 140, PAGE 35-65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
