NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated September 11, 2013, entered in Case No. 08-14433-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America N.A. is the Plaintiff and Stacey L. Brooks; Kenneth McCloud; Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 am on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, IN BLOCK 3, OF VIRGINIA GROVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, AT PAGES 68 AND 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
