NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-011937, DIVISION: 13, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is Plaintiff, and ERIC SEALOCK A/K/A ERIC M. SEALOCK; PATRICIA SEALOCK A/K/A PATRICIA A. SEALOCK; DEE'S ROOFING LLC; FAST OF FLORIDA INC.; TARHEEL ROOFING INC.; COLE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS LLC; STARBOARD TOWER, CLIPPER COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 18th day of October, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 503, OF STARBOARD TOWER, CLIPPER COVE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4768 PAGE 1393 THROUGH 1465, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
