Griffith a/k/a Linda K. Griffith, American Express Bank, FSB, Casa Del Mar Condominium Association No. 5 of St. Petersburg, Inc., Tenants #2 n/k/a Faisal Madkhali, Tenant #3 n/k/a Muath Aldhubaybant, Tenant #1 n/k/a Sultan Alhammad, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 110, BUILDING H, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CASA DEL MAR V, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4695, PAGES 1834 THROUGH 1931, INCLUSIVE, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
