NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08017059CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and BENJAMIN RAMIREZ, AMY RAMIREZ, TENANT #1 N/K/A PAUL BEAMISH, TENANT #2 N/K/A SUSAN HARRIS, TENANT #3 N/K/A CHTIS ROLFE, TENANT #4 N/K/A ALVIN FRAZIER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH FEET 14 OF THE WEST ½ OF LOT 11 AND THE NORTH ½ OF WEST ½ OF LOT12, ELIJAH B. PLUNKETT'S SUBDIVISON OF BLOCK F, KENYON WOODS ADDITION TO ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 56, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
