NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2013, and to an order rescheduling sale, docketed September 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-012718-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET-BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR2, is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY WARDLE A/K/A TIMOTHY C. WARDLE, et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 46 AND 47, SEMINARY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 751 32ND AVE. N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33704-1213
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
