The West 60 feet of the North 1/2 of Lot 7, Woodlawn Estates, Less that portion deeded to the State of Florida in Official Records Book 4252, Page 1419, described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of the West 60 feet of the North half of said Lot 7, thence North 0 degree 02 minutes 28 seconds East 42.18 feet, thence South 23 degree 27 minutes 05 seconds East 45.94 feet, thence South 89 degree 53 minutes 48 seconds West 18.31 feet to the Point of Beginning, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 16 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, November 4, 2013 otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
