Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 522009CA019445XXCICI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and TONI F BURNETT, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 13, BLOCK “M”, REVISED PLAT OF CRYSTAL BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of December, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
