Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 11005980CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CAPITAL ONE, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ING BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and SHELLI D. HOBBS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 58 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK H, BREEZE HILL, LESS A PORTION OF LAND, BEING PART OF THE WEST 58 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK H, BREEZE HILL, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NW CORNER OF SAID BLOCK “H” THENCE DUE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK “H”, 240.53 FEET TO THE NE CORNER OF THE WEST 58 FEET OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE S 00°30`19” E, 28.14 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 58 FEET OF SAID LOT 7 TO THE P.O.B.; THENCE S 01°39`15” E, 20.33 FEET; THENCE S 89°20`44” W, 1.35 FEET; THENCE N 00°39`16” W, 20.35 FEET; THENCE 89°43`35” E, 1.24 FEET TO THE P.O.B.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of December, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
