LOT 5, BLOCK D, PLEASURE WORLD PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 1972 NATIONAL, MANUFACTURED HOME VIN #'S GB32M01736A AND GB32M01736B.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 6055 136TH AVENUE, CLEARWATER, FL 33760
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before November 4, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
