NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-000085-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2005KS4 was the Plaintiff and BRIAN RAY FARROW, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 4, BLOCK E, LOFTY PINES ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
