The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed Request for Qualifications in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 - Fourth Street S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 4 p.m. local time, on October 29, 2013 for the purpose of selecting a firm for Design Services required for the scope listed below.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: Provide design services for the replacement of water mains and isolation valves throughout the campus and provide new fire main service to auditorium.

THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION BUDGET: $750,000.00.

PHASE 1 SCHEMATIC DESIGN: 15 DAYS
PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 20 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 15 DAYS

Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
