NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-015482-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and CHARLOTTE BAKER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 89, VILLAGE GROVE PHASE TWO, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page(s) 15-16, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
