NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-013509-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THE EAST 276.32 FT OF THE NORTH 318.00 FT OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ON NORTH AND EAST.
