And that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Sandra Cornwall, Esq., c/o Cornwall Law, P.A., P.O. Box 1513, Apopka, FL 32704, on or before November 1, 2013 and file an original answer with this Court at Orange County Clerk of Court, 425 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801 before service on the Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. A copy of the complaint is attached to this notice. The complaint has been filed in the Circuit Court for the Nineth Judicial Circuit and has been assigned case no.: 2013-DR-011690-O.
