NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2013, in Case Number 2012-CA-013551-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Paul D. Hulett, individually and as Trustee of the Paul M. Hulett and Ernestine H. Hulett Trust Under Agreement Dated March 11, 1997; Vio P. Hulett, individually and as Trustee of the Paul M. Hulett and Ernestine H. Hulett Trust Under Agreement Dated March 11, 1997 and Fifth Third Mortgage Company, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 4, 2013, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lots 45 through 48 and Lots 96 through 99, Block F, Bithlo, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book G, Page 50, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
