NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-3130-O DIV 40, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2007-12N is Plaintiff and KIMBERLY M. HICKS; MICHAEL HICKS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; METROWEST UNIT FIVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25th day of November 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 250, METROWEST UNIT FIVE/SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 7 AND 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
