NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48 2010 CA 001042 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and JUDY MCGRAIN, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, F.S.B., STONEYBROOK MASTER ASSOCIATION OF ORLANDO, INC. FKA STONEYBROOK GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB OF ORLANDO, INC., TIM PALMER A/K/A TIMOTHY K. PALMER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of October, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 8, STONEYBROOK, UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 140-146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
