LOT 25, BLOCK 141, MEADOW WOODS - VILLAGE 7-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 60 AND 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 12908 DETROIT WOODS CT, ORLANDO, FL 32824; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on October 31, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
