NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-021873-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CW2, is Plaintiff, and LIDIA RAMAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 96, ADAMS RIDGE, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
