NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order On Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated August 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-008308-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 23rd day of October, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK D, ROLANDO ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Q, PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
