I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 31st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
