BONN SIMON A/K/A LOUIS BONN SIMON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LAKE FRANCIS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/31/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT C, BUILDING H, LAKE FRANCIS VILLAGE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2498 PAGE 1858, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2520 PAGE 126 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3494 PAGE 2164, AS WELL AS ALL OTHER AMENDMENTS, SUPPLEMENTS AND/OR OTHER MODIFICATIONS THERETO, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AND SHOWN IN THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM EXHIBIT BOOK, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM EXHIBIT BOOK 3 PAGE 6, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AS WELL AS THE COMMON EXPENSES, AS DEFINED AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AND SHOWN IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECITED HEREIN, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
