NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 1, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2011-CA-004021-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION F/K/A CENDANT MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO CHEVEREZ; IRIS CHEVEREZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; THE CLUB AT ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
