NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-011941 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and PHILIPPE DAMSEL A/K/A PHILIPPE A. DAMSEL AKA PHILLIP A. DAMSEL AKA PHILLIP DAMSEL, SUNTRUST BANK, KAREN DAMSEL A/K/A KAREN D. HEMRICK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 24th day of October, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE WEST 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
