NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12001758CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RICHARD KAYTO, ET AL. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 26 day of December, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1029, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION FOURTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 3A THROUGH 3E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
