BUNKLEY; DAVID IRVIN DELANEY; STEVEN MICHAEL DELANEY; CHARLOTTE DELANEY; JODI L. EGAN; KATHRYN RANIERI; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES, SETTLORS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE JACK H. DELANEY AND ESTHER L. DELANEY TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 7, 2006, AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to QUIET TITLE on the following real property located in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 7, Block 452, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 18, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 8 through 8E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on KEITH H. HAGMAN, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Drawer 1507, Fort Myers, Florida 33902-1507 on or before November 4, 2013 (no later than 28 days from the first date of publication on of this notice of action) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
This notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in Charlotte County, Florida.
