NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-3133 CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT C. FABRIZIO; GINA FABRIZIO; ROGER W. COLES; LEANNE A. COLES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE 1, JANE DOE 1, JOHN DOE 2, AND JANE DOE 2 AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
Barbara T. Scott, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 24th day of October, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 648, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 41, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 51A THROUGH 51K, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
