NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 02, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-003187 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINA DAY A/K/A CHRISTINA D. DAY N/K/A CHRISTINA DIANE LEMASTER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA DAY A/K/A CHRISTINA D. DAY N/K/A CHRISTINA DIANE LEMASTER; TREVOR DAY; JANE DOE N/K/A CHARLENE M. LEMASTER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 30 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
