NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08005595CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and SCOTT M. CONLEY A/K/A SCOTT CONLEY and SUZANNE M. CONLEY A/K/A SUZANNE CONLEY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
