Book 466, Page 370, et seq., and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 32, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with Parking Space B-14

AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
You are notified that an action to foreclose a promissory note and mortgage lien assessment on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before November 13, 2013; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
