Dubois a/k/a Angela Deloach, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

A DISTANCE OF 330.34 FEET; THENCE S 00 DEGREES 22'45” W, A DISTANCE OF 1093. 45 FEET; THENCE N 83 DEGREES 19'41” W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 25, A DISTANCE OF 201.21 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 2005, MAKE: SPRINGER (S.&S. HOMES, INC.), VIN#: N19737A AND VIN#: N19737B, WHICH IS AFFIXED THERETO
