NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1204322CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and STEPHANIE WARING A/K/A STEPHANIE MCDONALD,
et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00am at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30th day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 24, BONITA SHORES UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
