NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 002966 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and AURORA GAVIA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

BEING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, SUMMERFIELD ESTATE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 103 & 104 OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE N66 DEGREES 46 MINUTES 25 SECONDS W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF 50.35 FEET, THENCE N23 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 35 SECONDS E, ALONG THE NORTH AND SOUTH EXTENSIONS OF THE CENTER OF A PARTITION WALL OF AN EXISTING CONCRETE BLOCK DUPLEX, A DISTANCE OF 102.51 FEET TO POINT ON NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, THENFCE S69 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 31 SECONDS E, ALONG SAID NORTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 50.39 FEET TO NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE S23 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 35 SECONDS W, ALONG EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF 104.53 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
