Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2013, and entered in 11-2012-CA-003261 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006 OPT4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-0PT4, is the Plaintiff and NIGEL WARD; HAZEL WARD are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on October 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 78, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 89, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
