BARKEY; WHITNEY S. BARKEY, F/K/A WHITNEY BERGER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1030 AND 1031, ADDITION TO PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 145, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
