To: Defendants SALLY YACQUES and PATRICK YACQUES having the last known addresses: 142 Saint Clair River Drive, Algonac, MI 49001 and 205 Sunrise Cay, Unit 205, Naples, FL 34114, and all parties having or claiming any right, title, or interest in the property herein described:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED of an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
BUILDING 2, UNIT 205, SUNRISE CAY II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2245, PAGE 1343, AS THE SAME HAS BEEN AMENDED BY THAT CERTAIN AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO ADD PHASE 2 TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SUNRISE CAY II, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2521, PAGE 1745 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
An action to foreclose a lien has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Joseph Arena, Esq., Plaintiff s attorney, whose address is 5301 North Federal Highway, Ste 250, Boca Raton, FL 33487, on or before 30 days after first publication, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
