NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0807384CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC, MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1 is Plaintiff and RAFAEL GUTIERREZ; CANDIDA A. GUTIERREZ are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 30 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, BLOCK A, PINE-VIEW VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No .2.065.
