NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009674WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 2006 MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-NC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 NC3, is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA MOZLIN; MARIA LINDA RUIZ; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; MICHAEL MOZLIN; ORLANDO RUIZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 364, OF THE PROPOSED PLAT OF PALM TERRACE GARDENS, UNIT 1, AS PER THE PROPOSED PLAT AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 544, PAGES 387-389, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
