NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003280ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RAAC 2007SP3, is the Plaintiff and GIL GRANDA; CONCORD STATION COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK F, CONCORD STATION PHASE 1 - UNITS “C, D, E AND F”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
