NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2013, and to an order granting motion to reset sale, docketed September 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-6383-ES-J4 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and Guy Kisser, Jennifer Kisser and NU Island Partners, LLC, Assignee of Bank of America, N.A., a corporation, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 30th day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
