NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002668 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2004 MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-NC6, is Plaintiff, and Bonnie Booker, David L. Booker, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Quicken Loans, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 4th day of November, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
