NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 512012CA002830CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6 Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, SOLELY AS TRUSTEE AND NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY FOR THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST, SERIES INABS 2006-B UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH1,2006 is the Plaintiff and Muriel Karen Roeder, Unknown Spouse Of Muriel Karen Roeder, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., As Nominee For C, Unknown Tenant #1 Aka Walter Roeder, and Unknown Tenant #2 the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on November 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
