NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007183-XXXX-ES (J1), of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-H UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and GORDON CRAWFORD, JR. A/K/A GORDON M. CRAWFORD, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GORDON CRAWFORD, JR. A/K/A GORDON M. CRAWFORD, JR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKE PADGETT ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
