CRANDALL; BETTY JANE KATOS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; PASCO'S PALM TERRACE HOMEOWNERS INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; are defendants.
